Program Highlights
Our preschool program is geared towards children 3 to 5 years of age.
* Must be 3 by Sept 1st.
At Sisu Outdoor School while learning is play based and child-led, we structure our game play and storytelling around monthly themes to promote learning through tangible theme young children can relate to.
Some of our monthly themes include Fairytales, Kindness, Tools, Gardening & Cooking.
Supplies Needed
Daily students should bring:
backpack, water-bottle, lunch and snack
All weather rainboots (mid-calf neoprene boots work great)
Weather appropriate gear (including extra gloves and socks)

Ideal Outdoor Food Options
Our preschoolers work up quite an appetite when exploring. Yet at outdoor school, our snack and lunches are all picnic style. Meaning on any given day we maybe eating over stumps in the firepit, in the forest under trees, or somewhere in between.

Schedules & Closures
Preschool half-day classes are offered M/W/F or T/Th. Contact us for our 5 day options.

Our school follows the Lake Washington School District weather closures.
